Eric (he/him) is an AHPRA-registered Mental Health Occupational Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in both public and private mental health settings.
He has worked across community and hospital services, delivering evidence-based psychological strategies for people navigating anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, neurodivergence (ASD/ADHD), identity exploration, and life transitions. Eric is registered to provide services under the Mental Health Care Plan, NDIS (self- and plan-managed), WorkCover (mental health), and private referrals.
Eric offers advanced occupational therapy assessment and intervention in the areas of sexuality, intimacy, and relationships, supporting people of all abilities—including those with intellectual disability, neurodivergence, and physical or psychosocial challenges. He recognises that these aspects of life are essential to wellbeing and works collaboratively to support individuals in safely exploring connection, consent, and identity.
His mental health work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and client-centred approaches, drawing from modalities such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed counselling, mindfulness-based practices, and occupation-focused strategies. Each intervention is tailored to the unique needs and goals of the individual, with a strong focus on functional recovery and meaningful participation in daily life.
Eric is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, and is committed to creating a space where all individuals feel safe, respected, and empowered to live authentically.
