Linda Anderson
Clinical Psychologist
BEd (Hons); BSci (Hons); MClinPsych, MAPS
Linda offers integrative psychotherapy to people across the lifespan. She draws on the principles of relational psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, DBT, trauma-informed therapies, compassion-focused therapy and ACT to help clients meet their therapeutic goals. Linda is guided by her clients, working alongside them every step of the way.
Linda works with clients who have a range of presentations, including stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, personality vulnerabilities, dissociative disorders, interpersonal difficulties and complex PTSD. This work is often medium to long-term and relies on a foundation of relational trust. We will examine patterns and coping strategies you have developed along the way to see if they are still working for your greater good.
Linda can provide support and coaching for neuro-spicy people (those with ADHD, Autism, learning differences) who are aiming to thrive in a neurotypical world. She can conduct psychological assessments to help people discover more about their inner world. Linda also provides parenting support at all stages of the parenting journey.
Linda sees clients 12 years and over.
