At Creative Cognitions we strongly believe that mastering ones own mental health comes from understanding ones own mental health. While we certainly believe we have some of the best psychologists in Brisbane who are certainly more than capable of helping you reach your goals. Some however may benefit from additional reading material to accelerate therapeutic gains. During my time as a psychologist I have found great benefit in using reading materials and additional resources to really advance therapeutic outcomes. With knowledge and understanding comes great power, the power to change your life. With that being said though, the list of resources available in the market is overwhelming and often leads us wondering where to start and which would be right for us.
In order to help, both myself and the team have put together a list of some of the psychology resources that we believe will greatly compliment your therapy and help you reach your goals faster. This list is ever evolving and as we find more books, articles, podcasts and psychology resources that we think you would love and benefit from, we will continue to add them here. Here at Creative Cognitions we are committed to professional development and learning as much as we can about mental health and we look forward to sharing this knowledge with you.
